Overview
NonprofitIQ is a structured readiness and decision-support profile for nonprofits, boards, funders, sponsors, and advisors. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, HR, compliance, fundraising, audit, governance, evaluation, grantmaking, or professional review, and does not make funding recommendations.
Privacy choices
You can ask us to limit how your information is used, request a copy, request correction, or request deletion. Submit those requests through the contact form below. Centralized privacy choices live at policies.bpmbrands.org/privacy-choices.
Data we may collect
- Structured intake responses you submit (snapshot, full intake, review request).
- Contact details you provide for reviewed surfaces (name, email, role, organization).
- Anonymous session identifiers used to connect your snapshot to a later account.
- Safe, low-cardinality analytics signals (event names, surface, tier). Beta
How we use data
- To generate your readiness snapshot or profile.
- To improve the product and detect issues.
- To contact you about a review you requested.
We do not send raw private intake text, uploaded content, contact details, or sensitive identity claims to analytics. Beta
Analytics and personalization
Analytics are currently configured to capture only safe, structured signals. GA4 and Amplitude are Coming soon and will load only after you opt in through the consent control.
Data rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or suppression of information you submitted. Use the contact form linked below. We do not currently claim GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance — formal claims require legal review. Legal review needed
Security notes
Raw intake contents and generated profiles are not readable from the browser. They are accessible only through internal service-role review. Detailed security notes live at policies.bpmbrands.org/security. Beta
CanonIQ boundary
NonprofitIQ may build a lightweight product profile to make this experience more useful. That profile is not the same as your full CanonIQ. Full CanonIQ outputs are not exposed here.
